Catch Up With Yourself: Meditation
CATCH UP WITH YOURSELF
It is a good time to slow down and focus on your breath.
One Breath at a Time.
Now, just find a quiet space and get comfortable.
Be aware of your breath, as it passes through your nose, your throat, filling your chest, lungs, and abdomen.
With your mind’s eye see it fill your entire body.
INHALE and HOLD.
In between this breath, you are holding a BALANCED SPACE, so you can CATCH UP WITH YOURSELF.
Now, EXHALE.
It is a good thing to feel not too far behind or too far in front.
You are now just in the right space, relaxed and renewed.
And you are able to hear a clear thought and see the Light.
